William Francis Boetcher, age 94, passed away on February 23, 2025. He was born in Opheim, Montana on June 29, 1930, to Nellie Buckley Boetcher and Adolph Boetcher.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, Norman Boetcher, and first wife, Jane Ann Boetcher.

He is survived by his wife, Georgette Bisson Boetcher, sons, Dale William Boetcher and Philip Howard Boetcher (Polly), grandsons, Kellen and Jerod Boetcher, and great-grandsons, Will and Keb Boetcher.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 7, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, Moultrie, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Counseling, P.O. Box 1343, Moultrie, Georgia 31776 (sgd.org) or to the First Methodist Church, P. O. Box 757, Moultrie, Georgia 31776.
