Jo Ann McMillan Evans
MOULTRIE, GA. - Jo Ann McMillan Evans, 83, of Moultrie, died Friday, November 29, 2019 at Cobblestone Health and Rehabilitation.
Graveside rites will be held at 2:00PM Monday, December 2, 2019 at Kimball Cemetery with the Rev. Julian Griner officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00PM-6:00PM Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Born October 20, 1936 in Macon, she was the daughter of the late Rayfred Henry McMillan and Madge Mae Davis McMillan. Mrs. Evans retired from Colquitt Regional Medical Center as a lab technician and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Leigh Ann Evans; father of her children, Ottis Evans; and son-in-law, Jimmy Goble.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen Goble of Moultrie; son, Rayfred Evans and wife Sandra of Moultrie; grandchildren, Christopher Evans and wife Abby, Josiah Evans and wife Ashley, Jimmy "Junior" Goble and wife Haley and Christina Goble; great-grandchildren, Christopher Edward Henderson, Caden Henderson, Jett Goble, Owen Goble, Adilyse Evans, Katie Goble, Emma Goble and Copper Evans.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Moultrie/Colquitt County Humane Society, PO Box 2915, Moultrie, Ga. 31776 and/or Kimball Cemetery Fund c/o Carol Hancock, 4010 GA. Hwy 33S, Doerun, GA. 31744.

I'm so sorry to hear about Mrs Joann's passing..I am unable to get to Moultrie to see all of you but please know I am praying for all of you and will be thinking of you. All I have is good memories of the times we were going to church and I fhe times we were together on the weekends. Please let me hear from y'all.
