Barbara,

Lieutenant/Sgt. Bubba James was my first shift supervisor when I began my law enforcement career at the Moultrie Police Department in March of 1984.

Sgt. James was a compassionate caring person & one of the greatest law enforcement professionals I ever had the privilege of serving with.

Please know that my thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.
