Mrs. Charlotte "Charlie" Harper, age 78, of Adel, Georgia passed away on December 15, 2024 at her residence. She was born on January 14, 1946 in Colquitt County to the late William Anderson Weeks and the late Bessie Mae Fields Weeks. Mrs. Harper lived most of her life in Colquitt County and the past ten years in Cook County. She was a member of the Lakeside Assembly of God and was retired from Bank of America, both in Moultrie, Georgia.

Mrs. Harper is survived by her husband, Carl D. Harper, Sr. of Adel; two daughters: Tracie Hart and her wife, Jodi Swanner of Adel; Tina M. Stafford of Cecil, Georgia; three sons: Rodney Harper of Buffalo, New York; Scott Harper and Carl Harper, Jr., both of Miami, Florida; six grandchildren: Douglas Harper and Lori Harper, both of Miami; Cameron Harper of Buffalo, New York; Sonni "Lexi" Pike of Port Orange, Florida; Drew Hart of Adel; Lenora Stuart of Andalusia, Alabama; three great grandchildren; two sisters: Ginger Allen of Moultrie and Gladys Heath of Americus, Georgia.

In keeping with Mrs. Harper's wishes she was cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
