MOULTRIE--- Mr. Andre Arne Troy also known as Fred Moreland, 82, departed this life on Sunday, February 2,2025 at Pruitt Health Sunrise.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Luke Strong and Son Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow in Blooming Light Cemetery, Pelham, Ga.
Visitation will be Friday, February 14, 2025, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Luke Strong and Son Mortuary Chapel.
