HARTSFIELD, GA.- Roy Larry Lamb, 76, of Hartsfield, Ga., died Monday, August 21, 2017 at his home.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Zion Grove Assembly of God with the Rev. Curt McCullough and the Rev. Mark Griffis officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Grove Cemetery.
Born May 27, 1941 in Moultrie, GA., he was the son of the late Hulen L. Lamb and Irene Wright Lamb. Mr. Lamb retired from Colquitt and Mitchell E.M.C. as an electrician and was a member of Zion Grove Assembly of God Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jane Palmer; brother Bobby Lamb.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Addaleen Baker Lamb of Hartsfield, GA.; son, Andy Lamb of Pelham, GA.; two daughters, Debra King of Moultrie, GA., Nancy Pettyjohn and Jamie of Hartsfield, GA.; six grandchildren, Heather West, Dezmon King, Andrew Lamb, Dylan Lamb, Julie Pettyjohn and Emily Pettyjohn; eight great-grandchildren, Wyatt Lamb, Abhaya King, Markell Hawkins, Emanelia Morquecho, Eddie Pascual, Alexandra Pascual, Kinarn Martinez and Ashley Baltasar; two sisters, Retha Odom and Francis Zimmerman; six brothers, Curtis Lamb, Brady Lamb, Grady Lamb, Tommy Lamb, Jackie Lamb and Rex Lamb.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
