DOERUN, Ga. -- Ronald G. (Bubba) Coleman, 70, of Doerun, Ga, died Wednesday morning at Colquitt Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Saturday 11 AM at the First Baptist Church of Doerun with Dr. David Benton officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 10 AM. The remains have been cremated.
A native of Worth County, Mr. Coleman was a member of the Union Baptist Church and a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Gertrude Coleman, and his wife, Maxine Coleman.
Survivors include his sons, Jarrod Coleman and his wife Tina of Doerun, Ga., and Shannon Wisham and his wife Sonya of Moultrie, Ga,; a sister, Diane Walters and her husband James of Doerun, Ga.; a brother-in-law Melvin Sloan and his significant other Brenda of Americus, Ga.; 5 grandchildren, Javan Parten of Doerun, Ga., Hannah Wisham and Haley Harrold and her husband Cameron, Clayton Story and Branson Story all of Moultrie, Ga.; a great-grandson Riley Taylor of Moultrie, Ga.
