HARTSFIELD, Ga. -- Mable Lastinger Buckner, 74, of Hartsfield, Georgia, died January 4, 2017 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
Born June 10, 1942 in Pelham, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Leland Lastinger and the late Sally Mae Timmons Lastinger. She was a homemaker, enjoyed quilting and loved her family dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil Lastinger and Donald Lastinger.
Survivors include her daughter Ima Jean Merritt and husband Edwin of Hartisfield, Ga.; son Raymond Leon Buckner and wife Donna of Hartsfield, Ga.; grandchildren Raymond Leon Buckner, Jr., Courtney LeAnn Buckner, Jennifer Lyn Vinson and husband Ken, Jill Marie Lawhorne and husband Randy and Adam Seth Merritt; and great-grandchildren Alyssa Buckner, Makenzie Buckner, Brennan Buckner, Casey Vinson, Steven Vinson, Hanna Vinson, Karli Lawhorn, Ashton Lawhorn, Justin Lawhorn, Parker Lawhorn and Madison Lawhorn.
The family may be contacted at the home of Ima Jean and Edwin Merritt in Hartsfield, Georgia.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
