MOULTRIE, GA. -- Frances Wilkes Bledsoe, 82, of Moultrie, GA., died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Pruitt Health Moultrie.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Friday, January 27, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with Jeffrey Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Dustin Anderson, Dylan Anderson, Dallas Griswold, Jonah Bledsoe, Jared Bledsoe and Casey Anderson
Born May 15, 1934 in Winter Haven, FL., she was the daughter of the late James Wilkes and Marjorie Douglas Cook. She retired from Mobley Plant Company as a secretary and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Leslie Bledsoe; grandchild, Bailey Rae Bledsoe; son-in-law, Mike Griswold; brother, James V. Randall.
Survivors include her husband, James H. Bledsoe of Moultrie, GA.; three children, Lyn Bledsoe, Lori Griswold, Lee Anderson and husband Casey, all of Moultrie, GA.; ten grandchildren, Savannah Hooks and husband Kyle, Dallas Griswold and wife Allison, Jared Bledsoe and special friend Kimmi Newsome, Kaylie Bledsoe, Ally Bledsoe, Jonah Bledsoe, Ella Bledsoe, Dylan Anderson, Dustin Anderson and Rachel Anderson; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Brannen of Macon, GA. and Linda Bass of Louisville, KY.
The family will receive friends from 10:00AM - 11:00AM Friday, January 27, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
