MOULTRIE, Ga. - Wanda Ann Flowers Latimer, 66, of Moultrie, Ga. died Friday, April 7, 2017 at her home.
Funeral service will be held 4:00 PM Monday, April 10, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Williams and Rev. Robert Alexander officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memory Gardens.
Casketbearers will be Ben Latimer, Ellis Latimer, Britt Mainor, Johnny Ray McCook, Andy Hancock and Jeffery Griffin.
Born May 18, 1950 in Portsmouth, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur E. Flowers and the late Clois Flowers Bridges. She was a homemaker and member of Westside Baptist Church. She was a very humble, kind, and loving mother that loved her family deeply. She enjoyed life and working in the yard with her flowers. Her grandkids were her heart. She will be missed greatly.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Daniel "Danny" Latimer, mother-in-law Cassie Latimer, brother Wilburn Joey Flowers and niece Kelley Skipper.
Survivors include her son William Eric Latimer of Moultrie, Ga.; daughter Donna Sprayberry and husband Richard of Moultrie, Ga.; grandchildren Ben Latimer, Ellis Latimer, Hannah Sprayberry and Derrick Sprayberry; great-grandchild Delaney Latimer; sister Teresa Elkins and husband Allen of Norman Park, Ga.; brother Keith Flowers and Donna of Moultrie, Ga.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 9,2017 evening from 6:00-8:00 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
