MOULTRIE, Ga. -- Michael Erik Spindola, 39, of Moultrie, Ga., died Wednesday, June 14, 2017, in Juliette, Ga.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ron Shiver officiating.
Born November 25, 1977, in Moultrie, Ga., he was the son of Ralph Spindola and Mary Etta "Cissie" Gray DeMott, both of Moultrie, Ga. Mr. Spindola was a United States Army veteran and a truck driver with Smokey Point Distributing. His family remembers how he loved his family and his dog, Biscuit. Mr. Spindola enjoyed playing his guitar, harmonica and he loved to sing.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James Kevin Pike; grandparents, Orqudia and Ralph Spindola, Betty and Lee Schiermeyer; grandfather, Henry C. Gray.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his stepfather, Lanny DeMott of Moultrie, Ga.; stepmother, Laura Spindola of Moultrie, Ga.; uncle, Terry Gray of Albany, Ga.; aunt, Kathryn Wright of Moultrie, Ga., and his beloved niece Lexi Pike of Adel, Ga.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
