MOULTRIE, Ga. -- Mary Jo Stith, 84, of Moultrie, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM-7:30PM Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the home of Cindi and Gordon Lewis, 1522 US Hwy 319 South, Moultrie. Private graveside rites will be held at Hopewell Cemetery.
Born August 7, 1934 in Sylvester, GA, she was the daughter of the late Bennie R. Morris and Sallie S. Morris. Mrs. Stith was the retired co-owner of the Country Peddler and a member of First Baptist Church of Moultrie where she enjoyed singing in the Choir.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son.
Survivors include her husband, Charles D. Stith of Moultrie; daughters, Cindi Lewis and Gordon, Charlotte Smith and C.W., all of Moultrie; granddaughters, Candace Ravis and husband Ray of Jacksonville, FL, McKenna Veiga and husband Tony of Jacksonville Beach, FL; grandsons, Chaz Smith and Conner Smith both of Moultrie; great-grandsons, Jackson Ravis and Alex Ravis of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Ann Fuller of Moultrie; nephews, Jerry Fuller and wife Pam of Adel, Ben Fuller and wife Traci of Moultrie; several grandnieces and other family members.
Memorial contributions may be made to Colquitt Regional Medical Foundation (Hospice), PO Box 40, Moultrie, GA. 31776 and or The American Cancer Society, 507 W. 3rd St. Ste 4, Albany, GA. 31707.
