Mary Anne Horn Moultrie- Mary Anne Taylor Horn, 81, of Moultrie, died Friday, November 23, 2018 at Legacy Village.
A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM, Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Evelyn Methodist Church in Moultrie.
Born November 28, 1936 in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Oris W. Taylor and Mary Lee McCardle Taylor. She was a homemaker and graduated from Moultrie High School. She very active in the YMCA playing softball and basketball. Mrs. Horn loved traveling the world with her husband and cooking for their family. She was active in Lions Club. Mrs. Horn grew up at First Methodist Church of Moultrie then moved her membership to Evelyn Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her sons Ronald Wayne Horn and Carl David Horn.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years Ronald A. Horn, daughter Mary Ellen Lange and Jeff of Piqua, Ohio; son Bryan T. Horn of Moultrie; grandchildren, Zack Lange, Travis Horn, Mary Autry Horn, Carl David Foster, Frank Greene and wife Patricia, Stephanie Jones and husband Austin; daughter-in-law Angelina Foster; two great-great grandchildren; brother O.W. "Buddy" Taylor and Linda of Welches, Oregon; sister Brenda Littleton of Albany.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Colquitt Regional Hospice Care Fund, Post Office Box 40, Moultrie, Georgia 31776; Evelyn Methodist Church, 1694 Hwy 133 South, Moultrie, GA 31788; and Park Regency at Legacy Village, 3000 Veterans Parkway South, Moultrie, GA 31788.
