MEIGS, Ga. -- Jeanette Willis Presley Bell, 77, of Meigs, GA., died Friday, June 30, 2017 at her home.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Woods and Mr. Alfred Carver officiating. Interment will follow in New Bethel Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Jerry Willis, David Simpson, Alanna Evans, Jonathon Reed, David Wildebrandt, Will Wildebrandt, Graham Stacy and Joey Thomas.
Born April 8, 1940 in Moultrie, GA., she was the daughter of the late Burlynn Willis and Clevie Fallin Willis. Mrs. Bell retired from the Albany Marine Base as an administrative assistant and was a member of First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Edward Presley; son, William Edward Presley, Jr.; brother, Wayne Willis.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph Bell of Meigs, GA.; two children, Veletta Presley Reed and Cary of Meigs, GA., Celina Presley Hansen and Dennis of Daphne, AL.; step-son, Colonel Reese Bell and Joy Kay of Wiesbaden, Germany; seven grandchildren, Alanna Reed Evans, Jonathon Reed, David Wildebrandt, Will Wildebrandt, Fallin Wildebrandt, Presley Hansen and Kayden Bell; two great-grandchildren, Noah Evans and Layla Evans; two sisters, Sandra Willis Benton of Thomasville, GA., Joysa Willis Gilliard Weaver of Pelham, GA.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM -2:00 PM Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
