MOULTRIE, Ga. - Jane Juanita Croy Sellers, 89, of Moultrie, Ga., died Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Cobblestone Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral service will be held at 4:00PM Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. S.E. Newberry officiating. Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Casketbearers will be Ike Davis, Makenzie Peacock, Jeff Johnson, Duck Bozeman, Mike Clark and Andy Russell.
Born March 24, 1928 in Funston, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Minnie Mae Matthews Croy and Charles S. Croy. Mrs. Sellers retired from Riverside Manufacturing Company as a seamstress and was a member of Grace Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Sellers loved her Lord and was a Christian witness to everyone. She also enjoyed Southern Gospel music, gardening, fishing and was a wonderful southern cook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Lamar Sellers; brothers, Marvin Croy and Charles Croy Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Rev. James "Shot" Robert Sellers of Moultrie; daughter, Judy Faye Sellers Peacock and Felton of Moultrie; grandchildren, David Zimmerman, Shane Zimmerman, Buffy Peacock, and Brandy Sellers Hickman; great-grandchildren, Makenzie Peacock, Mikah Grace Jenkins, Kendale Zimmerman, Taylor Zimmerman, Sophie Zimmerman, Alissa King, Jessica Hickman, Savannah Hickman and ZackThomas Hickman; great-great-grandchild, Raylyn Bennett; sister, Virginia Udell Croy Facella of Las Vegas, Nev.
The family will receive friends from 3:00PM-4:00PM Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
