LEESBURG, Fla. -- Edna Pearl O'Neal Redmond, 88, of Leesburg, Fla., formerly of Moultrie, Ga., passed away May 20, 2017.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 9, 2017 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Julian Griner officiating. Inurnment will be in Bridge Creek Cemetery.
Born November 26, 1928 in Moultrie, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Russell Aubrey O'Neal and Hycainth Mae King O'Neal. Mrs. Redmond was a retired beautician and member of First Baptist Church of Moultrie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Redmond; son Larry Redmond; granddaughter, Samantha Redmond and step-granddaughter, Donya Jones.
Survivors include her son, Dwight Redmond and wife Sandy; two daughters, Barbara Melton and husband Larry, Carole Morgan; twelve grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
