FT. WALTON BEACH, Fla. -- Debra Delores Howell, 58, died June 17, 2017, at her home in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., after a lengthy illness.
She was born June 29, 1958, in Moultrie, Ga. She was the daughter of Robert M. Howell Sr. and Emma Steele Howell and was the youngest of five children.
After attending high school in Moultrie, she moved to Port St. Joe, Fla., then to England and Australia before settling in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., for the remainder of her life.
She is survived by her three daughters, Brandi McEntee and husband Duke, Gemma Owen and Holly Eubanks and husband Jamie, all of Ft. Walton Beach, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Elaine Howell Bundy.
She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Bob) M. Howell Jr. and wife Cassandra of Moultrie and sisters Sandra Howell Murphy and husband Russell of Albany, Ga., and Dale Howell Jones and husband Ray of Ochlocknee, Ga. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
